We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. Duties
- Identify and approach potential clients within designated territories through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings
- Present and promote our products or services effectively to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and value propositions
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that meet client needs while aligning with company objectives
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools
- Develop customised sales strategies based on market research and customer feedback
- Manage your own schedule to maximise outreach efficiency and optimise sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates to enhance sales techniques
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles is preferred but not essential; a strong desire to learn is equally valued
- Demonstrable negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and basic MS Office applications
- Valid driving licence and the ability to travel within assigned territories regularly
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management to handle multiple prospects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining motivation and discipline
