THE ROLE
You'll deliver pest control and bird proofing services across commercial and residential clients in North and West London. A mix of scheduled contract visits, reactive callouts, and large-scale bird proofing projects — some worth tens of thousands of pounds.
You'll also have the chance to get directly involved in the selling process, earning commission on every sale. Your day-to-day: - Scheduled pest prevention and reactive treatments (rodents, insects, wildlife)
- Site surveys with clear written reports
- Large-scale bird proofing — netting, spiking, post-and-wire, optical gel, solar panel mesh
- Building long-term client relationships as their dedicated technician
- Surveying, quoting and selling proofing projects, treatments and contract upgrades — earning commission on every sale
- Maintaining accurate digital service records ---
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - 2+ years' pest control experience (commercial and/or residential)
- RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management or BPCA equivalent
- Bird proofing experience — netting, spiking, proofing
- Full UK driving licence (clean or near-clean)
- Strong communication skills — you'll deal with FMs, property agents, homeowners
- Self-motivated, reliable, high personal standards
- Physically fit — comfortable at height and in varied environments
BONUS (not essential):
- Experience delivering large-scale bird proofing or netting projects
- PASMA, IPAF, IRATA or rope access qualifications
- Experience in high-security or blue-chip commercial environments
- Confidence in surveying and quoting work directly with clients
