We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our innovative Finance Team in Leeds.

So that’s us, now let’s talk about your role:
As our Accounts Assistant, you will be required to assist with both financial administrator and general office administration, also assisting with a range of duties relating to customer payments and internal reporting, being responsible for the following:

A key area of this role is payment processing, including allocation of customer receipts per internal bank statements onto the CRM system.

Assisting with filing/scanning and maintaining financial records.

Assisting with processing purchase invoices and expense processing.

Assisting with raising basic sales invoices.

Responding to simple finance queries and escalating where needed.

Providing general administrative support to the team.
What we need from you?
As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be able demonstrate the following skills:

Good numeracy and high attention to detail.

Willingness to learn finance processes.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

Good organisation and communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
