The Links Country Park Hotel is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking, wants to develop their skills, and is happy working as part of a busy hotel kitchen. You will assist the chefs with food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with food preparation and cooking
- Supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner and function service as required
- Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Helping with deliveries, stock rotation and general kitchen duties
- Working as part of a friendly and professional team
The ideal candidate will:
- Have some kitchen experience, although training can be given
- Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have a positive attitude and good attention to detail
- Be flexible with shifts, including weekends and evenings
