Summary
We are looking for a bartender experienced in speciality cocktails and high-volume venues, with passion and creativity behind the bar. Friendly and professional customer service is a key part in this role, as is strong expertise in mixology or, at minimum, enthusiasm to learn.
Duties will consist of regular rotation between floor service and bar service, experience in both is needed.
The menu has a wide range of cocktails, both house and classic, so understanding of each and ability to prepare them according to specifications will be required. Job also includes maintenance of general cleanliness of bar area, including glassware, tools, and work surfaces. Collaboration between team members is also a given, especially during busier periods.
This is a very lively and engaging environment, where sociable individuals and bartending expertise are highlighted and enhanced.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in cocktails.
- Strong knowledge of bar technique, classic cocktails, and service.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
