Role: Play Worker - This role involves leading and assisting art & craft activities, assisting with the day-to-day management of our school clubs, and ensuring children have a fulfilling and enriching time at our provisions. Other responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the activities fall within the framework of the our policies and procedures.
- Planning and delivering club activities.
- Building a rapport with staff, parents and children.
This job role may lead to potential increase in hours if desired.

The application process will consist of 2 stages, 1 formal face to face interview and 1 practical interview on site. The successful applicant will be invited to an official onboarding process whereby Active8 Minds Chichester will pay for additional induction training as well as a complete DBS.
