BenAstro Group is a leading staffing and recruitment consultancy specialising in healthcare and security sectors. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a highly professional and presentable Sales Specialist to engage clients, build relationships, and drive business growth over the phone.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and multilingual Sales Specialist who can represent the company professionally and communicate effectively with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong telephone sales skills and be fluent in Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, and Russian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Present BenAstro Group services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activity, and client interactions in CRM.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, and Russian (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Presentable and professional in both appearance and demeanor.
- Experience in phone sales or telesales, preferably in recruitment or service sectors.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
