The Statement of Work (SoW) Procurement Analyst is responsible for the efficient administration and governance of SoW processes within SAP Fieldglass, ensuring accurate management of SoWs from creation through to closure. Working closely with NatWest Group stakeholders, suppliers, and AMS teams, you will support the automation and integration of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and receipting through Fieldglass, Oracle, and Workday systems.
You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SoW operations, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and operational processes.
What you’ll do:
SoW Operations & System Management
- Manage the end-to-end SoW lifecycle within SAP Fieldglass.
- Validate SoW data to ensure accurate creation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Investigate and resolve data, system, and integration issues across Fieldglass, Oracle, and Workday.
- Support onboarding and maintenance of suppliers in line with process and SLA requirements.
- Assist with SoW amendments, extensions, closures, and receipting activities.
- Maintain system integrity and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded within the VMS.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders and new team members on SoW processes.
Stakeholder Support & Relationship Management
- Manage and respond to queries received through shared team mailboxes.
- Act as a key contact for SoW-related escalations, driving issues through to resolution.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, procurement, finance, HR, and technical teams.
- Educate suppliers and stakeholders on SoW processes, worker management, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Integration & Reconciliation Management
- Monitor Fieldglass integrations with Oracle and Workday.
- Investigate and resolve failed PR, PO, Goods Receipt, and invoicing transactions.
- Perform spend, invoicing, and receipting reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support manual workarounds where required to minimise operational disruption.
- Produce and analyse reports to support issue resolution and stakeholder requests.
Project & Continuous Improvement Support
- Support new client implementations, migrations, and process enhancements.
- Contribute to system testing and validation for Fieldglass releases and updates.
- Maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and user experience.
- Provide SME support for project activities and operational change initiatives.
Must have
- Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, purchase orders, invoicing, and receipting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and financial information
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting skills
Nice to have
- Experience working with SAP Fieldglass, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), or contingent workforce solutions
- Experience supporting system integrations between HR, procurement, and finance platforms
- Experience working with Oracle Procurement and/or Workday
- Understanding of Statement of Work (SoW) engagement management
- Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or procurement environment
- Knowledge of supplier onboarding and vendor governance processes
- Experience supporting system testing, implementations, or process improvement projects
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation and audit controls
- Lean, Continuous Improvement, or project management experience
