Job Summary

Duties
- Set up, test, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment including microphones, LED screens, sound systems, lighting, and video displays for events and productions
- Collaborate with event organizers and production teams to understand technical requirements and deliver optimal AV solutions
- Manage live audio and video feeds during events to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output
- Maintain inventory of AV equipment, perform routine inspections, and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed
- Provide technical support before, during, and after events to troubleshoot issues swiftly and minimize disruptions
Experience
- Proven experience as an AV Technician or in a similar audiovisual support role with a strong portfolio of multimedia projects
- Proficiency in operating a wide range of AV equipment including soundboards, projectors, lighting systems, and video recording devices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when required for events

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
