Due to continued expansion, we currently have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Executive with fluent written and spoken Italian, and an ability to absorb technical information, to join our busy Customer Service Team based in Spilsby, Lincolnshire.
Specific duties will involve supporting customers in Italy with queries, speaking with customers on the telephone and corresponding by e-mail, advising on delivery dates and offering advice and guidance on our wide range of products, in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and a working knowledge of computerised office and contact management systems. As we are trading throughout the world, and also have sales staff in France and Germany, a working knowledge of other languages would be of interest, but not essential.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-4.00pm.

Running several different operating divisions and production lines incorporating state of the art production processes and equipment, we occupy a large unit which houses a full spectrum of printing (both screen and digital), embroidery, general production and stores areas, as well as a clean room and modern two storey facilities.
Pay: £27,436.80 per year
