We are looking for a passionate Junior Chef / Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a keen young chef who wants to learn, develop real skills and grow within a professional kitchen environment.
You will work alongside experienced chefs and gain hands on experience with fresh ingredients, modern cooking techniques and professional kitchen standards.
What you will be doing
* Assisting senior chefs with daily food preparation
* Learning how to prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
* Working with fresh ingredients and seasonal produce
* Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
* Supporting service during busy periods
* Developing knife skills and professional cooking techniques
What we are looking for
* Passion for cooking and learning
* Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Basic kitchen experience or catering qualifications (preferred but not essential)
* Someone who wants to build a career in hospitality
