EXPERIENCED COCKTAIL BARTENDER & DUTY MANAGER – FULL TIME
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Bonne Santé Restaurant & Cocktail Bar on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys the bar industry, takes pride in producing high-quality cocktails and drinks, and is looking for a position with additional responsibility within a busy, fast-paced venue.
Alongside taking ownership of our established cocktail and drinks offering, you will also become part of our Venue Duty Management Team, helping oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.
The role will include:
- Delivering consistently high-quality cocktails and drinks
- Maintaining the standards and presentation of our cocktail offering
- Supporting the development of new cocktails and seasonal menus
- Managing bar stock and maintaining appropriate par levels
- Monitoring stock rotation, wastage and availability
- Maintaining excellent bar organisation and cleanliness
- Supporting and leading the wider bar team during busy services
- Acting as part of the Venue Duty Management Team
- Taking responsibility for venue opening and closing procedures
- Holding venue keys and undertaking general key-holder responsibilities
- Supporting the management team with the smooth running of the venue during your duty shifts
Experience we’re looking for:
- Fast-paced bartending experience – Essential
- Strong cocktail knowledge and practical cocktail-making experience – Essential
- Team leadership/management experience – Highly preferable
- Bar stock and par-level management – Highly preferable
- Cocktail menu development – Preferable
- Previous duty management or key-holder experience – Preferable
Working pattern:
This is a full-time position across four-five working days, with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week.
We’re looking for someone confident behind the bar who understands that a great drinks operation is about more than simply making cocktails — it’s about quality, consistency, organisation, speed, leadership and creating a great customer experience.
