Job Description:
Ellgia Ltd is looking for HGV Drivers to join its Trade Waste Collections team.
We have expanded rapidly, are ambitious for further growth, and are building a team to help us provide a high-quality service to our increasing customer base.
The role of HGV Class 2 driver is based at the Boston depot and will involve day work driving a Refuse Collection Vehicle (RCV).
The candidate will have proven driving experience although further training will be given. The candidate must have a good standard of English both verbally and written.
We are a service driven business and flexibility is a key aspect in the delivery of excellent customer service.
The hours of work are 45 hours per week with a normal shift pattern of Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work occasional Saturdays/Bank Holidays. All overtime is paid at an enhanced rate, and drivers receive a “Bin Bonus” for all containers successfully completed.

Starting Pay: £34,117.20 per annum (£14.58 per Hour)
Overtime:
- Over 45 weekly hours paid at x1.5.
- Saturdays paid at x1.5.
- Sundays and Bank holidays paid at x2 (plus day in Lieu for Bank Holidays).

Experience:
- Driving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- HGV Class 2 Driver Licence
