The Role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at our Liskeard shop in Cornwall.
You'll play an important role in supporting the shop manager with running the shop and ensuring the team continue to deliver the very best customer service. With some management experience, you will cover all aspects of the Liskeard shop from serving customers, overseeing rotas, ordering stock for the shop and everything else in between.

Your Responsibilities
- Open and closing the shop
- Creating and managing staff rotas
- Dealing with wholesale orders
- Staff management
- Cashing up
- Providing barista services (training will be provided)
- Stock management
- Baking off pasties and other goods
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Prepare and maintain attractive food displays.
- Maintain high food hygiene and quality standards.
- Keep customer seating and dining areas clean and welcoming.
- Support the team with day-to-day shop duties to ensure smooth operations.
