The Crescent is a well established cocktail bar in the heart of Finnieston, known for great drinks, good food, warm hospitality, stylish surroundings and a fantastic atmosphere. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Floor Staff Member to join our team.

The Role
As a member of our floor team, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will be the face of the business, ensuring every customer receives attentive, professional, and friendly service throughout their visit.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Taking food and drink orders and making recommendations to guests
- Upselling food, drinks, and promotions where appropriate
- Delivering food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Supporting the bar and wider team during busy service periods
- Helping to create a warm, enjoyable atmosphere for guests
What We're Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred
- A confident, friendly, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
