We are looking for a passionate, patient-focused Dental Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team.

You'll work alongside experienced dentists, hygienists and dental nurses, helping patients improve and maintain their oral health while delivering excellent clinical outcomes.

About the Role
As a Dental Therapist, you will provide high-quality preventative and restorative care, helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. You'll enjoy clinical autonomy within your scope of practice while working collaboratively with our wider multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing preventative oral health advice and patient education.
- Carrying out comprehensive periodontal assessments and treatment.
- Delivering direct access appointments where appropriate.
- Performing routine restorative treatments within your scope of practice.
- Treating children, including preventative and restorative care.
- Applying fluoride varnish and fissure sealants.
- Taking radiographs and maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Promoting preventive dentistry and supporting patients with long-term oral health.
- Working closely with dentists, hygienists and dental nurses to provide outstanding patient care.
- Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control and compliance with GDC and CQC requirements.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is GDC registered as a Dental Therapist.
- Is passionate about preventative dentistry and patient education.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Delivers outstanding patient care with empathy and professionalism.
- Works well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Is committed to continuing professional development and clinical excellence.
