Restaurant/barista service assistant
We are a small, independent, family run restaurant based in Sale Moor, Manchester. The style of food we serve is international cuisine in small - plates style.
About you:
you will be passionate about food and drinks and have some experience of working within the hospitality industry. You will be enthusiastic about supporting and developing a small business as it grows. You will be flexible in your work ethic and be able to support the team in the kitchen or front of house as required.
About the role:
List of duties that your role will include
Barista/cocktail making and serving drinks to company operating standards
Cleaning duties including, clearing and cleaning table in the restaurant floor plus operating the dishwasher when necessary
Daily cleaning duties to be completed
Serving customers in a warm and friendly manner
Preparation of some small plates and desserts
Cash handling operating the till system and processing orders
Following procedures so that the business runs smoothly
Experience required in the above criteria
Pay up to £12.71 dependent on age and experience
Additional cash tips and service charge
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
