We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Support Manager to join our growing leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager, or a confident Deputy Manager ready for their next step, to gain valuable multi-site leadership experience with a clear progression pathway into Junior Area Manager and Area Manager roles.
About the Role
No two days are the same in this exciting multi-site role! You’ll provide leadership and management support across our nurseries, stepping in when needed to ensure continuity for children, families and staff.
Working closely with Nursery Managers, Junior Area Managers and the Operations Manager, you’ll lead teams, support quality improvement, recruitment, audits and operational projects, all while developing your own leadership skills and making a real impact across the group.
What You’ll Be Doing
– Provide leadership and management support across multiple nursery settings, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and day-to-day operations.
– Inspire, coach and develop nursery teams, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
– Support Ofsted readiness, quality improvement, audits and safeguarding to maintain excellence across the group.
– Work alongside senior leaders on recruitment, occupancy and operational projects to drive continuous improvement.
– Build strong relationships with children, families, colleagues and external professionals while acting as an ambassador for St. George’s Nursery Group.
What We’re Looking For
– Level 3 Early Years qualification.
– Experience as a Nursery Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
– Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
– Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills with the ability to adapt across different nursery settings.
– A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between our nurseries.
