Premier Paper Group is the UK's largest independent paper merchant and we're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our PM shift in Minworth.
This is a hands on role in a fast paced warehouse where you will work as part of a medium sized team and be responsible for picking customer orders.
This role involves regular manual handling, operating warehouse equipment and working on your feet throughout the shift. You'll need to be comfortable in a busy warehouse environment where safety and accuracy are essential. Full site and role training will be provided; a current FLT (VNA/HLOP) licence is essential.
What you'll receive

- Monthly bonus of up to £150 dependant on performance
- Christmas Eve shutdown through to the New Year.
- Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekend working apart from the annual stock take.

What you'll be doing
- Accurately picking & palletising customer orders.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintaining stock accuracy and good housekeeping standards.
- Working towards picking and loading targets.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures.
What we're looking for
- VNA/HLOP (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience.
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
Full training will be provided.
