Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Assist residents with safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment.
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each person’s needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, including updates to care plans and daily logs.
- Support the hospitality team during meal times to ensure an excellent dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, clients, and their families to ensure clarity and continuity of care.
Shift Patterns
- Standard 12-hour shifts.
- Day shift and night shifts available.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care support is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with residents, families, and team members.
- Basic IT literacy for documentation and accessing electronic care plans.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately while adapting to individual needs.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ well-being.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
