Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team. This is a full time 37.5 hours role.
Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street is one of the UK’s leading mental health clinics. We provide fast access to expert mental health support for a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), addictions and eating disorders. In addition, we offer private autism assessments for adults.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the wellbeing centre and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Reception duties at front of house to welcome and greet visitors to the clinic for therapy and psychiatry appointments.
- Customer care and enquiry management for receiving therapy and psychiatry referrals for consultations from online, telephone and face to face enquiries from professionals and individuals.
- Liaising with external medical secretaries and health care professionals, family members and prospective patients and clients.
- General administrative duties to support the day to day Wellbeing Centre operations. Includes confidential data handling, discretion and sensitivity to support people using the service.

Shifts
Monday to Friday 2 shifts 07.45-15.45 and 12.00-20.00.
Weekends are on a rota from 10.00-17.00.
Proficient and confident with IT systems for enquiry management, billing and scheduling of therapy sessions.
