Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role involves managing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities. Duties
- Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with any queries, determining customer requirements and directing the call where appropriate in a professional manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Manage and maintain approved supplier database
- Record operative HAV exposure from information submitted on timesheets
- Complete all GRN's, scan and and save tickets to electronic filing system
- Provide general administration support including scanning, photocopying, production of letters, presentations and documents
- Assist with carbon and social reporting
- Provide holiday cover across the office
- Assist the business to achieve and maintain ISO9001, 45001 and NHSS:16 certification
Skills
- Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating organisational ability
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with LiveCosts, Xero or similar accounting software is desirable
- Effective data entry skills ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good phone etiquette coupled with clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Working Hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
