We are looking for people who take pride in what they do and enjoy creating a great customer experience.
We are looking for passionate and personable Baristas to join our team on both a part-time and full-time basis. This is a front-of-house role where energy, attitude and attention to detail matter just as much as the coffee itself.
You will be preparing specialty coffee, connecting with customers and helping maintain the feel of Kaia day to day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing high-quality specialty coffee with consistency and care
- Creating a warm, welcoming and relaxed customer experience
- Keeping the workspace clean, organised and visually appealing
- Handling orders and payments efficiently
- Contributing to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, positive and outgoing personality
- A genuine interest in specialty coffee and hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- The ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who brings good energy to every shift
Experience
- Barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Full training provided, so attitude and willingness to learn matter most
