Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking Skilled Production Operatives for a reputable manufacturing company based in the Ballymena town area.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 4:30pm
- No weekends — enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
- Optional overtime available on Fridays
What We Offer:
- £13.01 per hour
- Weekly performance bonus up to £50 per week
- 40 hours weekly
Duties Include:
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Setting up and operating machinery
- Using hand and power tools, including drills and angle grinders
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Picking and preparing materials and components for production, including metal and PVC materials
- Working in line with Health & Safety procedures
What You Bring
- Previous manufacturing/production experience required
- Previous commercial power tool experience required
- Heavy manual handling capability
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
