At our office The Coach House in Wrexham, the Lettings Coordinator will be working within a team towards the timely completion of tasks associated to residential letting agent activity.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities are to be completed whilst remaining focused on delivering a high standard of written and verbal communication and managing relationships that exceed the expectations of our clients. Working in a team of sales and lettings negotiators, mortgage advisor and a bookkeeper, the successful candidate will be responsible to the Branch Manager.
- Communicate effectively with our landlords and tenants, and liaise with the central franchise office, contractors and our third-party suppliers
- Manage landlord instructions and tenancy applications
- Prepare letting agreements and contracts
- Maintain regulatory compliance
- Marketing properties, and organising viewings
- Conducting property inspections, and organise property maintenance
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Respond to telephone calls and emails from clients
- Updating our database and client records

KEY COMPETENCIES
The successful candidate will be confident and self-motivated; able to demonstrate their numeracy and literacy skills, and that they can write clearly and succinctly. Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be an advantage.
WORKING HOURS
The working hours will be from 09:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and one Saturday in four from 09:30 to 12:30 a.m. attracting paid overtime or the equivalent time off in lieu.
