We have a number of exciting opportunities for full time café supervisors across our stores in the South West.
As a café supervisor joining our friendly Mole Avon team, your role will involve ensuring our café assistants work efficiently to provide customers with a great experience, coming up with new menu ideas and recommendations, and ensuring the café keeps a great food hygiene rating. Your role may also include preparing and serving food and beverages to our customers, keeping our café & farm shop clean & tidy, and providing excellent customer service.
The right candidate must be flexible with their working hours as our stores are open 7 days a week including weekends. There may be occasions when you may need to work early mornings and evenings as part of your role.
