Essential Jewellery
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Temporary Part-Time E-commerce Fulfilment Assistant to join our friendly team at Essential Jewellery. This is a Christmas Temporary position.
The main focus of the role will be picking, packing and preparing our online customer orders, making sure every order is accurate, beautifully presented and ready to be dispatched on time.
This would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, has great attention to detail and is happy working in a busy environment where accuracy and efficiency are important.
The role will include:
- Picking products accurately from stock to fulfil online orders
- Packing customer orders carefully and to our presentation standards
- Preparing and labelling parcels ready for dispatch
- Checking orders for accuracy before they leave us
- Managing stock deliveries
- Keeping the packing and stock areas clean, tidy and organised
- Helping with general stock and fulfilment tasks when required
- Supporting the wider team during particularly busy periods
About you
You don’t need previous jewellery experience, but we’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working at a good pace while maintaining accuracy
- Happy carrying out repetitive, hands-on tasks
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive, practical and willing to get stuck in
Previous experience in e-commerce, order fulfilment, picking and packing, retail stockrooms or warehouse work is preferred.
Hours
This is a part-time position working Monday–Friday only.
We can be flexible around the number of hours and how they are spread across the week, making the role suitable for someone looking for part-time work that fits around other commitments.
The only requirement is that your regular working pattern must include at least 4 hours on a Friday.
There is no regular weekend working.

Pay: £12.72 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 30.0 per week
