Phoenix Care Wakefield is a family-run home care service based in Wakefield. We're proud to offer compassionate, person-centred care that supports clients with their personal care, medication, nutritional, and emotional needs – all in the comfort of their own homes.
We are currently recruiting Support Workers who share our commitment to dignity, respect, and putting the “care” back into care.
Flexible Working Hours
We’re looking for kind and committed individuals available to work between 06:45 – 22:45. Whether you're available full-time, part-time, evenings, or weekends only – we have a role for you.

Main Duties
- Supporting clients with personal care (bathing, showering, toileting)
- Promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of care
- Assisting with medication, nutrition, and mobility
- Working with clients and families to deliver person-centred care
- Maintaining clear, accurate records for every visit
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Satisfactory references and DBS check (handled by us)
- A genuine passion for making a difference
