We’re looking for energetic, friendly people who love hospitality and want to be part of an independent restaurant where personality matters just as much as great service.
Whether you’re already experienced behind the bar or looking to build your hospitality career, we’ll give you the training and support to succeed.
From serving signature cocktails and South African wines to introducing guests to dishes like boerewors, bunny chow and our famous monkey gland sauce, no two shifts are the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering warm, genuine service to every guest
- Taking food and drink orders
- Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar
- Working as part of a supportive team during busy services
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and welcoming
- Learning every aspect of front of house, with opportunities to develop into other areas and senior roles
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment

- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
Previous bar or restaurant experience is a bonus, but it isn’t essential—we’ll provide full training for the right person.

Applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be available to work evenings and weekends
- Be able to travel home safely after late finishes
- Live in or around Manchester throughout the year
