We are proud of our warm and inclusive school community and are seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside teachers and other professionals to support pupils in accessing learning,, developing communication and independence skills, and achieving their individual outcomes.

Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 training days).
Salary: Grade Band 6, Points 15 - 18 , £25,309 - £27,185 (actual salary)
The successful candidate will have good basic education. English and Maths (grade 4 or C and above) or equivalent. Evidence of relevant qualifications: NNEB/BTEC/NVQ Level 3 or higher.
Previous experience of working as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will need to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS check. Applicants will also be required to undertake pre-employment checks which will include a declaration that neither they, nor anyone who lives in the same household, is a disqualified person under the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2018 as well as other necessary checks.
Online checks will also be carried out on shortlisted candidates in line with KCSIE recommendations.
