You have built strong Real Estate Finance experience, but the next move is not obvious. Some regional roles offer flexibility without the scale or variety you want. This opportunity is designed to remove that compromise. You can remain regionally based while joining the Finance practice of a major commercial law firm, working on substantial property-backed lending transactions with support from experienced specialists in connected practice areas.
The work you will be trusted with
You will advise banks, alternative lenders, funds, investors, institutional borrowers and corporates, working closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Construction, Corporate and Tax.
· Property-backed lending, including bilateral, syndicated, development and structured finance matters.
· LMA-based facility agreements, security documents and related transactional documentation.
· Complex financings requiring input from several specialist teams.
· Client relationships, business development and supervision of junior lawyers at senior level.
What you would bring
· Strong Real Estate Finance experience and confidence with LMA documentation and secured lending transactions.
· The technical judgement and commercial awareness to give clients clear, practical advice.
· A collaborative style and the confidence to work across teams and offices.
· An interest in client development and contributing beyond your immediate caseload.
· For senior-level applications, experience of supervising, coaching or developing junior lawyers.

· £80,000 - £115,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus.
