Experienced Civils & Groundworks Personnel Required
North West & Cumbria
L&W Wilsons Civils & Groundworks are expanding due to the award of several new projects across the North West and Cumbria. We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team on a range of commercial and residential developments.
Positions Available
Foremen / Gangers
- Proven experience managing civils and groundworks teams
- Background in commercial and housing developments
- Ability to organise labour, plant and materials effectively
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experienced Groundworkers
- Extensive experience within commercial and new-build housing projects
- Competent in:
- Deep drainage
- Foundations
- Concreting works
- Plot works and external works
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSCS Card preferred
360 Excavator Operators
- Experienced operators for a variety of civils and groundwork projects
- Valid NPORS or CPCS certification essential
- Experience working around live services, drainage and foundation excavations
- Ability to work safely and efficiently within a team environment
