HANDYMAN / MULTI-SKILLED OPERATIVE REQUIRED
We are looking for an experienced individual Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative for regular domestic property maintenance work in Suffolk and Norfolk.
The Work
Removing fixtures, fittings and fixings before other trades commence.
Safely storing items during works.
Reinstating fixtures and fittings once works are completed.
Minor repairs and making-good.
Working alongside other trades.
Keeping properties clean and tidy.
Requirements
✅ Experienced handyman / multi-skilled operative
✅ Able to work independently
✅ Own tools
✅ Own reliable van
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Reliable, professional and punctual
✅ Good standard of workmanship
✅ Security checks will be carried out prior to commencing work
Self-employed subcontractor position with potential for regular work.
Day rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Lakenheath, Mildenhall and surrounding areas
