Responsibilities:
- Coffee experience required.
- Kitchen experience also helpful
- Provide excellent customer service to bar patrons
- Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service to customers
- Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons
