A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Production Operatives - Level 2 on day shift at our food manufacturing facility in Elm, Wisbech.

As a Level 2 Operative, you’re right at the heart of Fenmarc’s mission to deliver fresh, tasty, and top-quality veg to our customers. This role isn’t just about keeping the line moving—it’s about bringing energy, teamwork, and pride to everything you do.
You’ll be hands-on with our produce and equipment, helping to keep things clean, safe, and moving! Whether you're washing bins to the highest hygiene standards or pulling pallets to keep the line stocked and flowing, your role is key to keeping our operation smooth and efficient. You’ll be trained in one or more key roles across our production areas, and we’ll count on your flexibility to jump in where you’re needed most. Every role plays a part in keeping our veg fresh, fast, and ready for plates across the UK! Level 2 includes roles such as a Warehouse Op, Pallet Puller, Amenities Cleaner or Intake Flumer.
