What will you do?

Often co-counsel with London firms on exciting & complex matters

Give a full range of good quality respondent employment advice to employers to include:

A mixture of contentious & non contentious work

Employment Tribunal Work, Equality & Discrimination

Unfair/Wrongful Dismissal

Disciplinary & Grievance
-
TUPE, Maternity & Paternity and Redundancy

Settlement Agreements
-
Give employment law training to managers and HR teams to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of their employment law obligations and can apply this knowledge in the workplace
What will you need?

At least 3 years’ experience as an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive

Employment experience

Ideally your experience should be from a respondent background, but this is not essential
