We’re looking for outgoing, positive, responsible and passionate people who thrive in fast-paced environments. If you’re the kind of person who’s always the first to jump into a game, lead a silly song, or get stuck into crafts and circus skills, you’ll fit right in with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Group Leader, you will guide your own group of children through a full day of exciting activities. From sports and crafts to theatre, dance, and even circus skills, no two days are ever the same. We want people who truly enjoy working with kids and have a natural, upbeat personality that makes them feel at ease and excited to join in.

Important Info
Summer Training Days are on 23rd and 24th of June from 9am to 5pm.
After training, you will be invited to work across our Summer Programme at our Monkton Primary School location:
Monday 27th - Friday 31st of July
Monday 3rd - Friday 7th of August
Monday 10th - Friday 14th of August
You must be available for all dates listed above.
What You Need to Bring
- At least one year of experience working with children aged 4 to 12
- At least one year of experience leading activities such as sports, crafts, games or performing arts
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to throw yourself into everything
