£28,839 per annum/ £13.86 per hour, 40 hours per week over any 5 days.
Night owls wanted.
Got a strong background in front of house or reception operations, but prefer working the night shift? We're looking for an Assistant Night Manager to deputise for the Night Manager — making decisions, solving problems, and keeping the hotel running smoothly through the night.
Your responsibilities will include running the night audit, carrying out health and safety checks, completing night security walks, and handling all guest requests with care and professionalism. Strong communication skills are essential, since detailed handovers to the incoming shift and Duty Manager are a key part of the role — alongside excellent customer service throughout your shift.
In this job, you'll create memories guests won't forget. It could also be your next step towards a Head of Department position — we actively encourage internal development and progression.
Sustainability is central to who we are. Every team member is certified as "Carbon Literate," and we'll ask you to take part in Carbon Awareness training too. We expect everyone on the team to understand the impact of their actions on the environment, contribute to reducing emissions, and bring their own ideas to the table. You'll play a part in bringing our sustainability journey to life — for yourself and for our guests.
We're open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so we need team members who can work flexibly across a range of shifts and days. We're generally busiest in the evenings and at weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
Nationally recognised apprenticeships, alongside our detailed brand training
Internal development programmes, designed to support you as you grow within your role
Monthly and annual team member service awards, making sure your achievements are recognised and celebrated
