AG Hotels Group is looking for an experienced housekeeper to join our team at Casa Mere hotel, Knutsford.
You would be responsible for following activities on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of maintenance team
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
- Assisting guests with any queries and complaints
- Leading yourself, your team and engaging in continuous professional development
- Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management
Prerequisites
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel or similar environment preferred)
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties (standing, bending, lifting, pushing trolleys
- Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to communicate in basic English (understand instructions, health & safety, guest requests)
- Reliability and punctuality
The candidate will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as per the business needs.
Job Type: Part-time
