JOB TITLE: Supervisor
LOCATION: Cheltenham
CONTRACT: Permanent, Part Time
HOURS: 35 hours p/w over 5 days (Thursday and Saturday Off)
PAY RATE: £13.48 - £14.03 p/h

We're looking for someone with strong retail experience and previous experience leading or supporting a team. Whether you're already a Supervisor or an experienced Senior Sales Assistant with leadership responsibilities, you'll play a key part in creating a great customer experience while helping to inspire and support your colleagues.

Lead and motivate the team during your shifts.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
Help achieve sales and KPI targets.
Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
Support stock deliveries and replenishment.
Coach and develop colleagues through leading by example.
Work with new seasonal collections and merchandising.
Help customers feel confident through great styling advice and service.
