Responsibilities
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Undertake roofing repairs and installation as required.
- Perform construction painting and masonry work to specification.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and organisation of materials.
- Fabricate or modify components as needed for ongoing projects.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members or clients to complete projects efficiently and to standard.
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work is highly desirable.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform fabrication tasks with precision.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
