Responsibilities

- Monitor client accounts proactively, identifying opportunities for upselling or renewal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues promptly.
- Analyse client data using Salesforce and other tools to generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop comprehensive account plans to support client retention and growth initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting clients within the financial services domain.
Skills
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within financial services.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
