We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join a leading construction company.
As the Project Manager you will lead and coordinate complex projects across various teams and stakeholders. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera P6.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are executed efficiently and according to schedule.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Oversee the use of Civil 3D software for infrastructure design coordination and review.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, logs, and change orders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
- Experience with Civil 3D for civil engineering design coordination.
