Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools safely and efficiently
- Support construction activities by preparing sites and moving materials
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
- Help with preparation tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times during manual labor or machinery operation to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction is highly desirable
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues effectively
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to support a fast-paced work environment
