Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our office team and support our busy sales operation.
Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring our sales process runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
- Updating and maintaining our CRM and sales records
- Liaising with the sales team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate information
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and other sales documents
- Assisting with reporting and general administrative tasks
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
- A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
Experience in a similar role (sales admin, office admin, or customer service) is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided.

Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
