About the Role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery team.
This role is based in RM area which includes RM1 to RM20.
The role involves collecting and delivering parcels to customers safely, efficiently and on time. You will be working independently, managing your own delivery route and providing excellent customer service throughout the day.
You must have your own suitable vehicle for this role.
Previous experience in parcel delivery, courier work, driving, logistics or a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver parcels to residential and business addresses.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Load and organise parcels in your vehicle.
- Use a delivery app/device to scan and record deliveries.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Ensure parcels are handled with care.
- Follow all road safety and company procedures.
- Complete delivery records accurately.
- Report any delivery issues or problems promptly.
Requirements
- Own car/bike or a vehicle suitable for parcel delivery.
- Full and valid UK driving licence.
- Good knowledge of local roads and surrounding areas.
- Good time-management and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Smartphone with access to required delivery applications.
- Previous delivery/courier experience is preferred but not essential.
