At The Law Society, data plays a critical role in helping us better understand our members, improve our services, and make informed business decisions. As a Data Analyst, you will deliver high-quality insights and reporting that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation.
You will work with colleagues from a wide range of teams to transform complex data into meaningful recommendations, helping stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure the impact of key initiatives. You will use a variety of analytical techniques to uncover trends, diagnose the root causes of business performance fluctuations, and provide evidence-based recommendations that drive action.
The role will involve developing automated dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI and Databricks, enabling stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators with confidence. You will design and evaluate pilots and A/B tests, quantify the impact of service improvements and communications, and build predictive models to forecast future trends and member behaviour.
Working closely with the Data and Governance team, you will support data quality initiatives, helping to identify and resolve data issues while contributing to the maintenance of a trusted, single source of truth. You will also play an important role in increasing data literacy across the organisation by supporting colleagues to access, understand and responsibly use data and insights in their day-to-day decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of data products across The Law Society while helping to advance our analytical maturity and data-driven culture.
