We are looking for hardworking, committed and friendly candidates to work serving / bartending for, Weddings, Functions & hotel residents. These individuals will be expected to deliver and provide excellent customer service for all of our guests at all times.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all customers have a warm welcome.
- Take Food & Drinks orders.
- Use of EPOS till & Cash handling*.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional manner.
- Ensure guests are satisfied.
- Cleaning & Relaying tables throughout shift.
- Restocking.
- Awareness & knowledge of menus, dishes, drinks & wine list*.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
- Follow instructions and procedures as directed by management.
- Interacting & Communicating with Customers.
Responsibilities (Weddings & Functions):
- Always provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Maintain stock throughout the day.
- Clearing glasses throughout the day.
- Serving to table in-liaise with our Wedding Co-ordinator & manager.
- Serving drinks on the bar.
*Full Training is provided for both areas along with our EPOS till system.
Shift patterns will include a variety of evenings, weekdays, weekends, split shifts and as well working in public and school holidays.
Experience is not essential but would be preferred.
