As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our teams in London City and Erith, and who will report to the Operations Director.

Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise operational teams across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of performance and service delivery
· Develop and implement regional strategies to optimise processes, improve productivity, and meet business objectives
· Manage staffing levels, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development initiatives for team members
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all sites
· Monitor operational metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
· Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership development, and employee engagement
Qualifications
· Proven experience in a management or leadership role within operations in a tool hire or construction business
· Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively
· Demonstrates leadership qualities with excellent communication and decision-making abilities
· Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
· Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to regional operations
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
· A proactive approach with problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
