Join the Activities Team at Glencoe Mountain Resort
We're looking for an enthusiastic and practical Activities Team Member to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role that supports our summer activities before transitioning into our busy winter snowsports operation.

What You'll Do
As part of our Activities Team you'll be involved in:
- Running tubing sessions safely and professionally.
- Hiring out mountain bikes and cycling equipment.
- Maintaining and repairing the resort's hire bike fleet.
- Servicing skis and snowboards.
- Fitting and hiring ski and snowboard equipment.
- Delivering ski or snowboard lessons (if suitably qualified).
- Carrying out equipment checks and general workshop duties.
- Supporting other departments around the resort as required.
- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring visitors have a fantastic experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and enjoys working outdoors.
Ideally you'll have experience in one or more of the following:
- Ski or snowboard servicing.
- Bike mechanics or cycle maintenance.
- Ski or snowboard instruction.
- Running outdoor or adventure activities.
- Customer service within the outdoor, leisure or tourism sectors.
You should also:
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Be practical and willing to get stuck into a variety of tasks.
- Be flexible and able to work weekends, holidays and busy periods.
- Have a positive attitude and a passion for outdoor activities.
Relevant instructor qualifications or First Aid certificates are an advantage but are not essential.
